GENTING MALAYSIA Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

The Senior Facilitator will responsible to:
Collaborate with the operations and supporting departments to identify organizational training needs
Design, manage and deliver in-house training programmes for staff and executive levels, including soft-skill, orientation and ad-hoc programmes upon requests
Analyse, select and apply a variety of methodologies and technologies to address specific training/learning needs and assess training processes execution
Implement and monitor the training assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness in meeting organizational needs
Ensure training calendar, programmes, systems and policies are updated from time-to-time in line with continuous improvement endeavours
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in training and facilitation OR teaching in a classroom environment
Certificate in CELTA/TESOL/ TEFL or other English Language teaching certifications
Train-the-Trainer (TTT) certification is preferred
Experience in designing, managing, delivering and evaluating training programme is essential
Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) and eLearning platforms is an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Bahasa
Self-motivated with excellent project management, time management and organization skills
Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Zouk Club Operations Manager-Ship based
Responsible for making decisions within scope of staffing, F&B selections, ensuring that the club is operated as safely and as profitable as possible by developing sales/service strategies, managing Ops-related issues

Understand and determine atmosphere and ambiance of the club
Decision maker on how club/club-related matters should operate with a consideration for other outlets
Understand and create staffing schedules and managing expectations
Determine day to day operations and logistics
Training/Mentoring of personnel
Maintain proper inventory levels of food, drink, and other supplies
Dealing with inter-company staff and management
Will also be tasked at times with determining which type of marketing and advertising works well
Handle customer feedback/complaints, stolen bottles, guest arguments while keeping damage to a minimum and facilitate after action report and service recovery
Staff progress/developments, staff reports and appraisals
Prepare outlet reports and daily outlet logbook
Monitor crowd flow and music volume whenever necessary
Manage P+L with financial controller
Scheduled Report to Zouk HK head office

At least 5 years in the field experience in club/F&B & leading a team with a proven track record
Business, communication and people’s skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to multitask
Fluency in English and conversation Mandarin will be a plus
Organizational and follow up skills with attention to detail is a must
To be able to be held accountable for all club-related matters inclusive of financials, sales and inventory
Experience user of Microsoft Suites
Optional but a plus : Hospitality Management Certificate
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas positively with management, coworkers, and the public
Detail-oriented with excellent work ethic, strong time management and interpersonal skills
