Senior Theme Park Technician (Audio, Visual & Lighting)
Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to Supervisor
Install, operate and test equipment.
Responsibly carrying out various work orders that relate to the operation and maintenance of multiple media, show and audio visual systems for Theme Park-wide
Repair and maintain the quality and working order of Media, Show and Audio Visual elements of rides and attractions.
Carry out maintenance work on equipments.
Follow work orders.
Carry out their duty according standard operating procedures (SOP).
Follow policies and procedures for the establishment of a safe work environment.

Job Requirements:

Interest in Audio, Visual, or Lighting systems essential.
English & Malay speaking, reading and writing skills essential.
Minimum 2-years experience working with media and audio visual required. (Sr. Technician)
Candidate without related academic qualification must have at least 5 years of working experience in relevant work field. (Sr. Technician)
Professionally certified qualification in Audio Visual Systems Engineering or Audio Visual Media Technology highly preferred. (Technician)

Theme Park Technical Supervisor (Audio, Visual & Lighting)
Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to Senior Executive / Executive.
Install, operate and test equipment.
Responsibly carrying out various work orders that relate to the operation and maintenance of multiple media, show and audio visual systems for Theme Park-wide
Repair and maintain the quality and working order of Media, Show and Audio Visual elements of rides and attractions.
Carry out maintenance work on equipment.

Job Requirements:

Senior Theme Park Technician (Rides & Attractions)
Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to Supervisor Rides SMART team.
Preparation for rides installation.
Project coordination works with Site Installation Contractor, Rides & Attraction Vendors, IRMS Team, Development & Construction team, Architect, Consultants, Local Authority, JKKP & Other related parties.
Ensuring that all Rides & Attractions QMS are in compliance to either EN13814, ASTM F24 or other related standards.
Acquire knowledge and learn the technical operation of the new rides (Hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, shafts, gears, lifting mechanism, control panels, wirings, sensors, electrical conduits, electrical safety mechanism, and etc.
Pre-opening start up of all rides and attractions before handover to operations for business.
Pre-closing inspection.
Operate the rides in operational control booth.
Press emergency stop (E-stop) when any emergency incidences happen.
Notify Integrated Control and Command Centre (ICCC) in case of rides stoppage, breakdown and emergency.
To carry emergency evacuation and rescue plan in the event of an emergency.
Ensuring all rides are in good operating conditions.
Ensuring that rides area are kept in a tidy and clean environment.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical&Electronic) or its equivalent.
Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia speaking, reading and writing skills.
Experience in related with machine, pneumatics, hydraulic, AC/DC motor, or electronic equipment is an advantage.
Friendly service manner and demonstrated ability to manage others.
Must be able to work in night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Strong team player qualities, consistent attendance is required.
Physically fit and regularly lifts up to 50kg.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to Supervisor of Mechanical / Building / Electrical Maintenance.
Implementation, execution and monitoring ofall section facilities maintenance, installation and repairs.
Learn and understand overall TCFW TP mechanical / building / electrical facilities.
Monitor health performance and reliability of all facilities systems, equipment and spare parts.
Ensuring full compliance to Engineering Safety Standards and Environmental, Safety and Health regulations.
Provide positive attitude, coaching and mentoring for employees to promote safe and efficient operations while also exceeding client expectations of communication, responsiveness, quality of service, and technical supports.
Work closely with internal clients to identify and correct operational issues with minimal interruption to business operation.
Ensure that all safety procedures are understood and implemented through regular trainings and auditing procedures.
Conduct daily inspection, monitoring and data collection on electrical facilities equipments and utilities consumption.
To standby and attend to blackout, breakdown and ad hoc repair.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM or relevant technical certificate or its equivalent.
Experience in related with electrical maintenance is an advantage.

Strong team player and posses leadership qualities.
Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

Open and close the store according to trained SOP’s.
Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to the Guests.
Follow the steps of service.
Display stock attractively according to presentation standards.
Greet and initiate conversation with guest and understand guest needs
Assist guests on their enquiries and helping them by going the extra mile

Job Responsibilities:

Managing daily retail operations, opening and closing of stores and carts
Attend to guest needs and going the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
Provide good service standards in accordance with company’s philosophy
Supervise the opening and closing of the store, cart, retail outlet ensuring the appropriate check lists have been followed.
Motivate and work as a team with Store Associates to achieve targets
Ensure consistent housekeeping standards, merchandise display, stock replenishment, handle cash register and maintain accurate stock control
Understand sales trend and provide suggestions and feedback to Store Management team on how to achieve store revenue and per cap growth
Understand store assortment mix
