Eagle Ranch Resort is an American mid-western themed resort. It is a 3 star resort that is sprawled over 32 acres of pristine enclave. The resort has the look and feel of the Cowboys and Red Indians era that have gone by.

The resort boasts accommodation in the fashion of Log Cabins, Bandwagons, Tepees (Red Indian hut like rooms), Paddock Chalets, Kampung Houses and others.

Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

CHEF DE PARTIE
JOB SUMMARY

Supervise and ensures the smooth operations of the Section Kitchen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all cooks are well groomed, in proper chef uniform and of acceptable personal hygiene.
Supervise and guide all Commis Cooks under his direct supervision.
Supervise the preparation of food items in the Section Kitchen and is responsible for food quality.
Always maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
Tastes and approves all dishes before they leave the kitchen. Ensures all served strictly follow standard recipes and preparation set by the Executive Chef.
Works closely with other Section Heads, Stewarding Team, Banquet Staff and Service Staff for smooth operations.
To ensure safe working conditions at all times and notify Engineering Department if there any defects for repairs.
Even though the Chef De Partie is assigned to a specific station with which he must be completely familiar with, he may be relocated either temporarily or permanantly in the course of service to help on another station.
He ensures all policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

GENERAL
To maintain good rapport and working relationship with team of staff in the kitchen and other department in hotel operations.
To undertake any reasonable tasks as may be assigned by the Executive Chef.
To respond to any changes in the outlet as directed by the hotel.
To have complete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to the regulations contained within.

QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
