Country Garden Pacificview is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

Executive Housekeeper (Forest City Phoenix International Hotels)
Responsibilities
• Ensure that all Housekeeping duties are carried out to the highest standard in order to provide guests with maximum efficiency of service and comfort.
• Ensure that Room Attendants’ cleaning quota, linen count and missing items are accurate.
• Monitor Housekeeping ambassadors’ performance to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service.
• Supervise the ambassadors within the department and ensure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Departments Operations Manual.
• Inspect guest rooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced or refurbished as required.
• Plan and organize regular departmental training for all staff, especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency, service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation of the hotel strategic plan, goals program, and the Housekeeping Departmental Budget.
• Ensure that the Departments Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled.
• Be responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and general appearance of the hotel rooms, floors, F&B outlets, public areas offices and back of the hotel service and staff areas.
• Set up duty rosters and work assignments for each staff in the department.
• Coordinate the daily work of departments supervisory staff, such as Floor Supervisor and Public Area Supervisor.
• Responsible for the training and supervision of staff members in the department.
• Prepare monthly Housekeeping reports.
• Maintain missing and breakages/torn statistics on rooms supplies, towels and linen.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department on inventory check.
• Assist in ensuring all uniforms for all employees in the hotel are maintained in top condition, cleaned and ensure employees are well presented at all times.
• Implement maintenance programs for the public area and guest floors to achieve optimal standards in quality and cleanliness.
• Responsible for the entire fixed assets and inventory of housekeeping.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment, Able to drive change to improve the operational efficiencies and effectiveness, Excellent time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations interpersonal, presentation, team player, problem solving and leadership skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Marcom Manager (Forest City Phoenix International Hotels)
Responsibilities
• Manage and handle marketing scope, i.e. PR, advertising, website, social media and collaterals.
• Develop and oversee annual PR, marketing and budget plan.
• Prepare monthly Marcom report and forecast.
• Establish and upkeep strategic partnership with external parties.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with retail partners on co-op advertising efforts and events.
• Attend hotel meetings, i.e. HOD Meeting, daily sales and marketing briefing, etc.
• Foster strong media relations, generate media coverage, special feature stories and exclusive event coverage.
• Evaluate sponsorship requests and manager on-ground activation of sponsored events.
• Deliver creative service as requested by all departments, including sales, marketing, owner services and contracts, while staying aligned with the most updated brand guidelines and legal requirements.
• Plan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategies.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors.
• Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan, including media planning and creative visuals.
• Communicate with other managers and/or divisions to create and execute effective advertising and public relations plans.
• Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations.

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): must be a confident communicator and presenter, Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally, a wide degree of creativity and latitude, Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social med, Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
