Citrus Hotel Johor Bahru is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

Job Summary:

To create new business opportunities as well as generating revenue for Hotel from the Corporate, Tours segments for both local & international market;
Establish key relationships with corporate clients
Manages personnel and sales support staff.
Reviews progress of sales reports, graphs and pie chart.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products or services.
Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision- makers.
Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Holds regular meeting with sales staff.

Main Accountabilities:

To assist Management in increasing the Hotel profitability;
To increase Hotel market share;
To manage Corporate and TA accounts ensuring loyalty and continued support to our Hotel and Group;
Comply on all Sales & Marketing Standard Policies and Procedures;
To ensure smooth running of sales and catering operations;
Confirm to follow and enforce policies and procedures as laid down by the Company in order to achieve the highest levels of uniformity and guest service;
Defines precisely client requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their request;
Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all client feedback is taken seriously and discussed with the respective department if necessary.


Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Can demonstrated to work in a team.
