Aliya Hotel Klang Hotel is currently looking to recruit the following positions:

Human Resources Executive
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, MS EXCEL, POWER POINT, PIVOT TABLE, VLOOKUP, PROCESS FLOW CHART
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Responsibilities :

1. HR Task
Payroll and benefits administration
Hiring and recruiting process
Industrial relations and company events arrangement
Records maintenance
Staff training and development
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiency
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
Discretion with personal and confidential information
Eager to learn and open for exciting opportunities in enhancing your soft and hard skills
2. General Admin
Assist on office general admin and operations
Arrange for company events and activities if needed
Maintain employee profile and up-to-date leave records
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Assist on legal documentations preparing
Any ad hoc work
