Accounting & Admin Assistant

Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement: LCCI
  • Background in Accounting/Business Administration/Economics/Hotel Management/Hospitality Related welcome to apply.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fresh Graduate & Experience Candidates are welcomed to apply
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

  • To handle all aspect of accounts of the hotel.
  • To check, reconcile and to report daily sales for all branches
  • To report and investigate any shortages occurred, and to develop control systems to prevent occurrences.
  • To prepare daily & monthly reports on the total sales of group
  • To monitor and tabulate reservations.
  • To support all aspects of the company’s operations in the business field
  • Dealing with Travel Agencies and other corporate clients
  • Monitor and work closely with branches to ensure all order and payment records are submitted to HQ in a timely manner
  • To submit management report as per dateline.
  • To update monthly ageing report.
  • To assists superior as when required.
  • To perform any other ad-hod assignment as and when required
  • Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
